These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent), legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and purchasing for personal use.

Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). All products are subject to availability — if an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payments

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway. We do not store full card details.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide within South Africa using Fast Way courier. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Free standard shipping is available on orders over R1,500. Collection is available from our store in Vanderbijlpark.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website is owned by or licensed to The Beauty Shelf by With Love and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.

Product Use & Disclaimer

Our products are cosmetic and wellness items intended for personal use. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare or beauty product. We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow product instructions. If you experience a serious reaction, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing Law
