Delivery within South Africa
We deliver nationwide across South Africa using Fast Way courier. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Delivery Times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2–3 business days
- Other areas: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over R1,500
- Orders below R1,500: shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the Fast Way website.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at beautyshelf@withlovebeauty.co.za with your order number and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
